Physician-led Weight Management and Corporate Wellness
Lifestyle Changes for Optimizing Stamina
The change in season and daylight hours naturally impacts our regular routines, including nutrition, sleep, exercise, immunity, and more. These subtle nuances often result in less energy and more brain fog, and acute viral illnesses.
Fortunately, there are many simple Lifestyle Changes we may make to our mindset, meal planning, and movement to counteract these seasonal effects. To stay healthy in body, mind, and soul, below are some of my prescriptions for boosting your energy so you are productive in all areas of your life. In addition to these suggestions, I invite you to join my next 12-week Group Weight Loss Program beginning on November 9 at 7 PM, EST.
Please visit LifestyleChangesLLC.com to learn more about how I may support your individual weight management or design an employee wellness program for your company. You may also set up a 15-minute COMPLIMENTARY initial consultation here.
Yours in health,
STRENGTHENING FOR ENERGY
As we fall back during Daylight Savings, we need to maintain our metabolism, blood sugar, mood, and weight. Strength training is an indoor activity with many health benefits, including building muscles and stronger bones, increasing mitochondria cells that produce energy from sugar, burning calories, and improving mood.
Here are a few of my favorite virtual workouts.

SPECIAL HONORS – 2022 POWER WOMAN BY MAIN LINE TODAY
Excerpt from the Power Woman story…
In her book, Get Your Sexy Back, Dr. Janine Darby outlines the importance of macro and micronutrients, exercise, and what she calls the “Three Ms”—mindset, meal planning, and movement. It’s all incorporated into her individual, 12-week Group Weight Loss and corporate wellness programs.
“This is my second time working with Dr. Janine Darby on personal weight loss. In 2019, during my first one-on-one experience with Dr. Darby, I lost 20 pounds in three months. Three years later, I’m back, fending off pandemic weight gain with the new Lifestyle Changes group weight loss program.
This time, the same habits I learned three years ago are setting me up for even greater success. I am averaging about a one-pound loss each week, with inches coming off quicker!
Overall, I appreciate Dr. Darby’s multi-pronged approach to all aspects of weight gain and wellness. You learn about both the adaptive (mindset) and the technical (meal planning) aspects of sustained weight loss. And I particularly enjoy the group cooking demonstrations and building community among other participants during weekly check-ins and chats.”
